Elle Pédale is owned and operated by Allee Patton, a certified sommelier who has called Teton Valley home since 2017. The name Elle Pédale, meaning "She Pedals," is inspired by Allee's favorite French phrase, "Elle pédale dans la choucroute," which humorously conveys the idea of working hard but getting nowhere fast. The literal translation is she pedals in the sauerkraut. With over a decade of experience in the wine industry, Allee has discovered that as her knowledge grows, so does her understanding of what remains unknown. There is always more to learn. For now, she pedals through the world of wine, embracing the journey of learning slowly, thoroughly, and thoughtfully.
